    The A New Day program provides free assistance to survivors of sexual assault or trafficking at any time after the experience, including in the immediate aftermath, years later, or any time in between.     All IMPACT classes are taught with an awareness of the lasting effects of abuse and trauma. Survivors regularly participate in all our women’s, men’s, LGBTQ, and youth classes. Some survivors prefer IMPACT classes that are specifically designed for people who have experienced abuse. Survivor classes have a deeper focus on the ways in which abuse affects people’s experiences of their bodies and their safety.

    Beyond Surviving: Virtual Support Community & Coaching

    Beyond Surviving, has been specifically designed to change the way we think about and heal from abuse. Based on her educational training, study of neuroscience, and lessons learned from her own journey, she has successfully used this program since 2007 to help her clients break free from the past and move on with their lives.
